FAQ

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship almost everywhere on Earth. We tried to find the lowest possible shipping rates for our international customers, but if something doesn't look right to you, don't hesitate to reach out. In most cases, import duties and taxes are collected at checkout.

What materials do you use?

Our socks are 95% Organic Cotton and 5% Spandex. We used the least amount of Spandex necessary for elasticity. We also made sure that none of it would come in contact with your skin. It's all covered by Organic Cotton thread.

Our boxers, short, and sweatpants are all made with 100% Organic Cotton fabric and natural tree rubber elastic waistbands.

How do I care for my items?

Machine wash cold and hang to dry. Natural fibers like organic cotton tend to shrink when they're put in a hot dryer. In our experience, the socks air dry pretty quickly. The sweatshirts will take a bit longer.

If your cotton items are wrinkled or have some lint on them after air drying, you can put them in the dryer for 15-20 minutes without heat.

Where are your products made?

Our toe socks are manufactured in an OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified factory in China with GOTS certified organic cotton grown in India.

Our organic cotton boxers, shorts, and sweatpants are made in Portugal or Turkey.

I bought 2 pairs to test the fit, wearability and durability. Its beed 2 weeks and so far so good.

I did contact customer service to discuss proper washing and drying requirements since I read some reviews stating the user(s) placed them in the dryer that caused shrinkage. Their reviews were sub par. As recommended - I followed their instructions to wash and than to hang the socks to air dry. No shrinkage has occurred in following their instructions. They are as comfortable as when first purchased. I plan to do a second review in 2 months to further discuss their durability and fit. So stay tuned for my next review.

Pretty good so far. I like that they are lightweight. Have a pretty significant issue with the toes on my right foot having a failed corrective surgery a year ago. Decided to try toe socks to keep my toes separated individually. Still overlap but the socks provide some cushioning effect. I did get two pair, one crew and one ankle. Wished I would have got both crew style because they stay in pace better I my foot with my toe issue. OverAll, I like them up to this point.
