The above link will ask you a few questions and generate a return label if your items are eligible for return or exchange based on the policy outlined below.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return labels are valid for 28 days after being generated. Returns not sent back within this window will be canceled.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks or underwear once the package has been opened. If we receive items back in this condition, they will not be accepted.
Items that are not accepted will not be sent back to the customer.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund unless the item you received was damaged or defective or you purchased "Free Returns & Package Protection" when you placed your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The shipping charge from the original order is not refundable.
If you wish to submit a return from outside of the United States, send an email to the address below. Please note, international customers are responsible for arranging return shipping. Returns sent from outside of the United States without our approval may be rejected.

EU Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.
This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Submit an exchange through the form above. We are only able to send new items once your return has been received and processed.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@wearmaro.com.
Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered. We do not offer refunds for orders that have been marked delivered. If your package cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors, building staff, or your local post office. We may offer a one-time replacement at our discretion.
