Introducing MARO 100% Plastic-Free Boxers made in Europe with 50% Organic Cotton grown in Greece and 50% Recycled Cotton from Spain. These have a loose fit like traditional boxers but are constructed more like boxer briefs.

Most underwear advertised as "plastic-free" really isn't. They use the term "exclusive of trim" so that they can say their underwear is 100% Cotton. This is because their waistbands are made of spandex or elastane, which often comes in direct contact with the skin.

We use a completely natural waistband made with 50% Natural Rubber and 50% Organic Cotton. This waistband is wrapped for extra comfort, so it's not visible, but it ensures that our underwear is 100% Plastic-Free.

Not only is this better for your skin and overall health, it also means that MARO Plastic-Free Boxers are fully biodegradable.

The fabric is soft and comfortable. I like the design and natural materials. I have a 37” waist. I am 6’5” 233. a size L fit perfectly. It sits close to my thigh, which is 37.25” at the hem for reference. The L waist fits fine on my 37” waist.

After reading how nano-plastic particles are accumulating in human brains and testicles, I am questioning my owning so much plastic underwear. Maro seems like a good alternative.

Best Plastic-free Boxers

I was lucky enough to be about to pick up a pair of the natural undyed colorway before it got sold out . Amazing boxer, super soft and comfortable. Best part is no plastic on the swimsuit area. Very hard to find these days. Most boxers marketed as organic wool still have some synthetics for the waistband, trim etc. I did a burn test on the sewing thread used and it is 100% cotton - so hard to find these days thank you!
